When lockdown restrictions halted events, SG needed a way to stay connected with clients and generate income. In response, we developed an online shop from scratch, enabling them to continue trading despite the venue’s closure. This shop quickly became an essential part of their business during that challenging period.

As the business evolved, we further refined their website, removing the shop to focus entirely on showcasing SG as one of Kent’s premier rural wedding venues. The refreshed site now highlights their unique atmosphere and stunning surroundings, positioning them as a top choice for couples seeking a countryside wedding.

To enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience, we integrated several external APIs. These integrations streamlined administrative tasks, such as booking management and client communications, allowing the SG team to focus more on delivering exceptional service. Additionally, by optimizing user interactions through these APIs, we contributed to an increase in conversion rates, turning more website visitors into booked clients.
